Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your children's book purchases from Morris D Grooms.com. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at morris@morrisdgroomsllc.net or (813) 322 -2823 for assistance.

Please note that some items, such as digital downloads and personalized or autographed books, are non-returnable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
